Chinese Wanton Filling Recipe




Simple yet tasty Chinese Wanton Filling

Ingredient A:
500gm minced meat
some turnip (sengkuang)
some parsley
some garlic
2-3 pieces of shiitake mushrooms
optional for black fungus

Ingredient B:
1 tablespoon of sesame oil
1 tablespoon of grounded ginger
1 tablespoon of Chinese wine
2 tablespoons of soya suace ( depending on the brand and saltiness)
1 tablespoon of brown sugar
dash of pepper and pinch of salt

Method:
1. Chopped finely A
2. Mixed B into A and mixed thoroughly
3. Marinate for 10 minutes
4. Boil it together in your soup
5. Garnish with parsley
